KAHER’s Shri B.M.Kankanawadi Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Central Research Facility (CRF) unit has organized a 3 days National workshop on Analytical and Experimental techniques from 15-02-2018 to 17-02-2018.
Analytical study of Herbal and Minieral drugs and its experimental study over the micro organisms is the main highlight of the event. 43 PG students from 6 different states all over the country enrolled for the workshop and undergoing hands on training. Inauguration of the function was done by lighting the lamp by the Chief Guest Dr. Ahalya Sharma, Joint Director, Department of AYUSH, Govt. of Karnataka and delievered key note address on “Translational Research in Ayurveda”. She emphasized on bringing out good research works and developing multi system approach for result oriented tasks. President of the function Dr. B.S. Prasad giving his remarks focused on appropriate usage of present day technology in Ayurveda effectinely and streamline it in different health sectors. Dr. Giridhar Vedantum – CRF coordinator gave brief note on the details of the workshop. Dr. Kashavva Hiremath and Dr. Meghana Patil anchored the event. Event coordinators and members of CRF Dr. Mahadev Gundakalle, Mr. Ajit Lingayat, Dr. Veena Kupati, Dr. Santosh Patil were present on this occasion. Dr. P.G. Jadar vice Principal were present over the dais. Dr. Santosh Patil, delivered the vote of thanks.
